Our top choice is the Park Hyatt Saigon. I stayed at the five star Park Hyatt which is one of the best places, if not the best place to stay in town. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and galleries. It also had great restaurants on the second floor.
The Caravelle Hotel is also a good choice as is the historic Continental Hotel.
