For art lovers, add the following to your must see list:
Palm Springs Fine Art Fair: Make sure you attend the Palm Springs Fine Art Fair at the Convention Center in February. It is a quality show featuring many west coast galleries as well as others from around the country.

Palm Springs Art Museum: Located at 101 Museum Drive, this is a really good small museum that has a wonderful collection of Western art, glass, sculpture and contemporary art. You will find works by Chagall, Picasso, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Donald Judd, Calder, Henry Moore, Robert Rauschenberg, Anthony Gormley and Ansel Adams.

Mid-century architecture buffs will enjoy the museum’s Architectural Design Center at 300 S. Palm Canyon Dr.
Back Street Art District: On the edge of Palm Springs, you can visit several artist-owned galleries and working studios featuring paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry, ceramics as well as performing arts. Art walks are held the first Wednesday of every month from 6 to 9 pm.
