Bay Harbor, Michigan is a luxury planned resort community just west of downtown Petoskey and along Little Traverse Bay. It has a golf course, a boat marina, shopping, dining and hotel. July, 2018 will see the opening of the newly constructed Great Lakes Center for the Arts, which will feature performances in classical music, jazz, dance, comedy and concerts by well-known singers and performers.
Knot Just a Bar: With great views of the water and marina, this is a fun restaurant with an extensive menu of soups, salads, pasta, burgers, wraps and sandwiches. 820 Front St.
Inn at Bay Harbor: This is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel located along the water at 3600 Village Harbor Drive. To me it was very reminiscent of The Del Coronado on Coronado Island, CA. I enjoyed my king room and the views. It had ample free parking, several dining options including an Inn Cafe for coffee, pastries and ice cream and The Sagamore Room for breakfast.
