Patagonia is a small town 12 miles southwest of Sonoita. I stopped in to walk around the colorful downtown on the way back to Tucson.
Make sure to stop in at the Gathering Grounds coffee shop for a good cup of coffee, ice cream or a snack. 319 McKeown Ave.

I read that the Wild Horse Restaurant & Saloon for a breakfast, a burger or sandwich. It is located in the Stage Stop Inn at 303 McKeown St.
