Thanks to the New York Times article about Silver City as a growing destination for Foodies. I checked out several great restaurant options. Unfortunately a few have closed since my visit. Since it is a small town, you will probably experience a turnover in the restaurants in town. My recommendations include:
For coffee my favorite spot was the Yankie Creek Coffee House at 300 N. Arizona St. which is now Tranquil Buzz Coffee, Javalina Coffeehouse is another option downtown.
Nancy’s Silver Cafe is a casual dining option at 514 N. Bullard. St. that is good for breakfast and lunch.
Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery where they feature their vodkas, rums and an aged whiskey. They also feature a menu of flatbreads, burgers and sandwiches, tacos and salads. 200 N. Bullard St.
