Bisbee has some great dining options from casual dining, coffee shops and bakeries to gourmet experiences. My top recommendations when you are in town include:
Café Roka: Located downtown at 35 Main St, this is considered the best fine-dining restaurant in town. I had tried going on my first trip but it was closed for a private event. I was excited that on my recent trip I was able to get a reservation. It is a three-level restaurant with an excellent food, cocktail and wine menu. The first floor is the most casual spot, the second floor is smaller and quieter and upstairs is a more formal dining room where they had live music on the Friday night that I was there. I enjoyed the experience and my server. I had an excellent roasted beet and arugula salad and the mussels. Make sure to get a reservation when you are in town.

Bisbee’s Table: At 2 Copper Queen Plaza, this is a casual bar and restaurant that is perfect for a casual evening. The meat loaf with red wine reduction, mashed potatoes and asparagus was just the right choice. They have a number of salads, burgers, pastas and fish entrees.

Bisbee Coffee Company: This is a local coffee roaster with great coffee drinks. They also have an outdoor patio. 2 Copper Queen Plaza.

Another good coffee shop that I found on my last trip is Allen & Co Coffee Shop. Located at 31 Subway St. Suite #3, it has a really fun vibe and a nice staff. They have a menu of coffee drinks, matcha, chaia and tea along with toasts, sandwiches, bagels and locally made baked goods. I went for a great iced latte for some needed morning caffeine and enjoyed meeting some fun locals.

Patisserie Jacqui: After reading about this small bakery downtown at 91 Main St. with a walk-up window and small patio, I made a point to go while exploring downtown. It has a diverse selection of French-inspired pastries with a Southwestern twist. In 2025 it was a named a semifinalist for the prestigious James Beard Award for Outstanding Bakery, one of 20 in the US. I really enjoyed my almond croissant.

Another must-try bakery is Bisbee Good Cakes at 44 Main St. They make a number of organic cakes, cookies and breads including gluten free, sugar free, vegan, and keto options. I bought some great golden sweet cornbread for my breakfast the next day. It was excellent. Everything is made in-house. I enjoyed meeting the owners as well.

I also highly recommend Café Cornucopia at 14 Main St. They have a menu of fresh salads, soups, sandwiches and quiche along with homemade bread and desserts. They have a Tapas bar on the weekends in the evening. Having seen in on my previous trip, I went for dessert after my lunch in the area. The raspberry peach pie was really excellent! I also enjoyed meeting some locals who were celebrating a birthday.

High Desert Market and Café: This is a small café and gourmet market that is open breakfast and lunch every day except Tuesday and Wednesday. They also have an espresso, juice and smoothie bar. There are also gourmet food items and locally made gifts.

Across the street is Screaming Banshee Pizza. I read about it before I arrived and decided to go for dinner on my first night after flying in from Chicago. I saw that they had pasta in addition to their wood-fired pizza, so enjoyed a great linguini pasta in a creamy pesto sauce with sauteed shrimp. My server was excellent. They have outdoor seating as well. It was a fun experience. It is located just outside of downtown at 200 Tombstone Canyon.

Bisbee Breakfast Club: Located in the Lowell neighborhood just outside of town, this is a casual cafe that is perfect for breakfast or lunch. This is the original location that opened in 2005. They now have other locations in Tucson and other Arizona cities. Before or after your meal make sure to walk the block long street which has a motorcycle shop, old store fronts, old car dealerships complete with gas pumps and great old cars. 75 Erie St. I enjoyed eating there on my first trip to the area and since have been to two locations in Tucson.

Just south of Lowell in the Warren neighborhood are two great spots to try.
Mornings Café: This is a fun, casual local diner with friendly staff. Open for breakfast and lunch, they have a large menu to choose from. I enjoyed a great omelette with hashbrowns and fruit for lunch. I really enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere. 420 Arizona St #422.

Down the street is Warren Peace Cafe. This is a small coffee shop that in addition to coffee and tea drinks, they have a menu of breakfast and lunch dishes, baked goods and desserts. I stopped in for a great lavender latte It has a nice, friendly staff as well. In the back there is outdoor patio where they offer live music. 123 Arizona St.

Also in Warren getting great reviews is the fine-dining restaurant, The Copper Pig. Unfortunately it was closed the nights that I was in town. I hope to try it on my next trip. 412 Arizona St.
The Brewery Gulch: With a history dating back to the miners and their breweries, bars and saloons, this is an area that today has several bars, shops, galleries and a craft brewery, the Old Bisbee Brewing Company. This is a local craft brewery where you can sample their brews in the Tap Room and take a tour of the Brew House. 200 Review Alley.

Also in the Gulch at 36 Brewery Ave. is the St. Elmo Bar, the oldest in town and in the state of Arizona from 1902. In 2018, it was recognized as one of seven “historic dive bars” across the country by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It has a fun vibe.

Located in the Bisbee Grand Hotel, the Bisbee Grand Saloon is a fun bar with a western ambiance. They also have food for lunch and dinner and live music. 61 Main St.
