Marfa has some very nice small shops and boutiques in the downtown area. My favorites spots include:
Marfa Book Company: A popular bookstore in town that recently re-opened in the new St. George Hotel at 105 S. Highland. They have a great selection of art books as well as home accessories and art.
Freda: This is an attractive lifestyle store at 207 S. Highland in downtown Marfa. They feature some very creative jewelry, art, clothing and accessories.
Cobra Rock Boot Company: This small boutique features their handmade boots plus leather goods and accessories. It is well worth the visit to see where they produce the pieces. 107 S. Dean St.
Marfa Brands: This is a nice small shop featuring handmade soaps plus specialty towels and gifts. 107-177 S. Dean St.
Getting great press is Garza Marfa where you can buy colorful furniture, ceramics, textiles and decorative arts. 124 Highland St.
